本周一（12月5日），中国和美国市场经历冰火两重天。

伴随着防疫措施优化等利好释放，昨日A股涨势如虹，沪指收复3200点。人民币狂拉千点，中国资产更是迎来全线飙涨，港股几乎所有行业收涨。

在规划投资组合时，应该考虑自己的财务目标、风险承受能力、投资期限等因素。通常来说，财务目标比较近期的投资应该选择低风险、低收益的投资工具，而财务目标比较远期的投资则可以考虑选择风险稍大、收益稍高的投资工具。

行政级别、区域经济、财政实力以及政府债务几方面是分析区域的综合实力的重要因素。行政级别：融资方所在的区域政府行政级别越高，项目隐含的政府信用越优质，项目的还款能力越强；经济和财政方面：通常会从经济总量GDP、经济增速、一般公共预算收入占比，来判断区域经济财政结构是否合理；地方政府债务：常用政府负债率和政府债务率两个指标来衡量。

　　总括而言，资产配置为一理财概念，投资者根据其投资计划的时限及可承受的风险，来配置资产组合。资产配置可以应用于任何拥有两只以上股票的投资组合内，唯较常用于资产类别的层面。不同类别的资产在市场上的运作也有所不同，所以其回报和所涉及的风险亦各有不同。

标准差举例

尤其在重大突发事件发生时期，极易产生泡沫趋势，此时“羊群效应”会加剧金融资产间的关联性；

大小写、数字、符号组合，不低于14位最好。

假设投资者是有限理性的，都是损失厌恶型的，投资者具有多重心理帐户。

杠铃策略选取的是资产两端进行配置，能够在一定程度上平衡两端的收益与风险，特别在应对各种极端市场环境时，能有效减少毁灭性风险的冲击，表现出更强的适应性。因此，在基金投资策略中，同样被广泛采用。

　　通过比较可以看出上证波动率变异系数要大于标准普尔波动率变异系数，说明长期来讲中国股市稳定性相对较差，还是一个不太成熟的股票市场。

　　标准差可以当作不确定性的一种测量。例如在物理科学中，做重复性测量时，测量数值集合的标准差代表这些测量的精确度。当要决定测量值是否符合预测值，测量值的标准差占有决定性重要角色：如果测量平均值与预测值相差太远（同时与标准差数值做比较），则认为测量值与预测值互相矛盾。这很容易理解，因为值都落在一定数值范围之外，可以合理推论预测值是否正确。

别人持有100只股票的做法不符合逻辑，这证明不了我们就是对的。别人的投资过度分散可能是错的，但我们必须从正面证明，按照我们的目标，我们如何分散才是正确的。

评估融资方的性质：根据城投平台的实控人、业务范围、财务状态来了解融资方是否为城投平台以及在区域内的重要性。
