深港通成份股是指在深港通双向交易系统上，由香港和内地允许进行双向交易的股票。深圳证券交易所、香港联合交易所以及香港期货交易所上市的A股（中国大陆地区的公司股票）均可成为“深港通”成份股。

　　2014年11月17日，中国证监会正式宣布开通“深港通”。当时，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》有关规定，由中国证监会领导实施的“深港通”正式实施。此后，截止目前，已有近400只A股成为“深港通”成份股。

　　随着“ 深 港 通 ” 的 实 施 ， 不 少 进 入 “ 深 港 通 ” 系 统 的 A 股 公 司 得 以 享 受 到 资 本 公 司 服务 、 资 本 集 资 活 动 、 资 本 投 资 等 多重好处。考虑到这一情况，很多高权重的龙头企业都进入到了“ 深 港 通 ” 系 统 中 ， 并 作 为 “ 深 港 通 ” 系 统 重要的龙头企业之一而得到大量关注。
